As I was driving tonight, God spoke to me. Through the gorgeous sunset, very loud worship music and His word, he reminded me of this verse in the Bible:
Hebrews 4:16 ‘Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.’
Wow! We can boldly approach God’s throne. Wow.
We can do that. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Tonight I want to boldly approach God’s throne and ask that the people of Nepal, including travellers from other lands who may be caught up in the terrors that have savaged the country, may receive mercy and find grace to help them in their time of great need.
Lord be with them and bless them. Be their comforter and give them peace. Use your people to provide for them physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Amen.
